Aluminum is a metal refined from Aluminum Ore.
Usage[]
Aluminum has high thermal conductivity of 205, which is higher than Diamond and second only to Thermium. This makes it an ideal material for heat-conducting Metal Tiles, Tempshift Plates, and Radiant Liquid and Gas Pipes. However, with only half the melting point of Iron, it is not suitable for extremely high temperature environments.
As a Refined Metal, it can be used to build advanced Power systems, buildings, and Automation systems.
Exosuit Forge produces Atmo Suit with Aluminum and Reed Fiber:
- 300 kg Aluminum + 2 unit Reed Fiber = 1 unit Atmo Suit

Metal Refinery produces Aluminum from Aluminum Ore with 100% efficiency:
- 100 kg Aluminum Ore = 100 kg Aluminum
Smooth Hatches eat Aluminum Ore and excrete Aluminum with 75% efficiency:
- 100kg Aluminum Ore = 75kg Aluminum
Rock Crusher produces Aluminum and Sand from Aluminum Ore:
- 100 kg Aluminum Ore = 50 kg Aluminum + 50 kg Sand
