Battery is a building that stores excess power, and supplies power during a deficit. It requires the Power Regulation Research to unlock. Wires must be connected to charge or use power from the Battery. All connected batteries charge at the same rate during a surplus until capacity is reached, and provide up to 200W of power each during a deficit until discharged.

Batteries can be cooled with dripping water but do not function if flooded. Batteries will store up to 40 kJ of power; the Tiny Battery stores only 10kJ. All batteries have a small internal discharge that slowly drains them.
