The Supply errand will make Duplicants deliver materials which are requested by certain consuming sources, like resources to pending construction objects, queued production items, etc. This is distinctly different from deliveries caused by a Life Support priority.
Duplicants with the negative trait "Unconstructive" are unable to deliver construction materials.
